Employment Refractor works currently with freelancers only but is always in search of new talent. If you are a freelancer who wants to join the ranks for one of our projects please send us your resume and a showreel which shows your latest and greatest (VHS or DVD, no other formats please). Make sure your reel is not longer than 3 minutes and includes a shot breakdown in which you explain what you have done and which software you used.
